Multigrate FRP floor grates

Multigrate FRP floor grating from Rubaflex are robust and safe floor grates used in industrial environments where high demands are placed on durability, safety, and ease of maintenance. These gratings are made from orthophthalic polyester, reinforced with fiberglass, and combine a low weight load with high strength and excellent chemical resistance.

The grating have a standard mesh opening of 38 x 38 mm and are available in two heights: 25 mm and 38 mm. This allows them to be tailored to the desired load capacity and application. Thanks to the meniscus anti-slip structure, they provide optimal grip, even in wet or slippery conditions. This makes them particularly suitable for work floors, platforms, walkways, and decks in various sectors.

Orthophthalic polyester is the standard quality in FRP grates and offers an excellent balance between performance and cost efficiency. For heavier applications, there are also alternative resin types, such as isophthalic polyester (with improved chemical resistance) and vinyl ester (with maximum resistance to chemicals and high temperatures). This allows for the right choice to be made for every application.
